We created a Tech in Aging Campus Initiative, that captured the attention of major developers, positioning the project for a multi-million-dollar construction commitment. By designing both the concept and technology blueprint, L&R Press positioned a minority led nonprofit leadership at the center of next generation community development.

Through our network of minority led Non-Profit Foundations and civic partnerships, L&R Press brings local politicians and professionals together to shape equitable policy, workforce programs, and community initiatives. Our advocacy ensures minority experts have a seat at every decision-making table shaping our nation’s future.

From humble beginnings to our client backed initiatives being recognized by a Northern California County Hall of Fame (2024), L&R Press has proven that visionary minority leadership gets results and recognition. We elevate every partner and client we work with, ensuring their impact in community development is seen, celebrated, and
sustained.

L&R Press is partnering with several organizations to pioneer a new model of aging, one that treats senior living the way a college treats its campus: as a place of growth, connection, and lifelong vitality. Instead of isolating elders in traditional facilities, L&R Press and its partners are  building a state-of-the-art Silicon Vitality Campuses where residents live independently in smart suites supported by AI-driven health tools, wearable sensors, and ambient safety systems.

L&R Press is leading the building of a network of 300–400 technology-enabled senior living suites designed to redefine aging across Silicon Valley.
