Indigo is a scalable housing and community development model designed to redefine how Californians age with dignity, independence, and purpose. The Silicon Valley campus serves as a proof-of-concept for a new elder living standard: tech-enabled environments that combine independent housing, skills training, and integrated health support in one cohesive ecosystem.

By designing both the concept and technology blueprint, L&R Press positioned a minority led nonprofit leadership at the center of next generation community development.

L&R Press is partnering with several organizations to pioneer a new model of aging, one that treats senior living the way a college treats its campus: as a place of growth, connection, and lifelong vitality. Instead of isolating elders in traditional facilities, L&R Press and its partners are building a state-of-the-art Silicon Vitality Campuses where residents live independently in smart suites supported by AI-driven health tools, wearable sensors, and ambient safety systems.
